The Lemon Cake of Marilou

As requested, I write the recipe of the cake I made for the last English course of the 2010 year.

In a first bowl, mix together (in the same order) :
- 1 natural yoghurt (keep the empty pot to measure parts)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 and 1/2 pot of oil (Personally I think that 1 can be enough ...)
- 3 eggs

In a second bowl, mix :
 - 2 pots of caster sugar
 - 2 pots of flour
 - 1 pot of cornflour

Pour the first bowl to the second.
Mix and add the lemon zest.
Oil and coat with flour the tin
Pour  the dough to the tin and bake it at 180°C during about 40 minutes

 To do the icing :
squeeze a lemon and add icing sugar to the juice, until getting a thick smooth paste.
spread the icing on the cake after baking and turning out of the tin.
Put it to the fridge until the icing is congealed.

Savour it !

Sumer and the writing advent

Sumerian is the oldest written language in the world.
It was spoken in Mesopotamia since 4000 BCE.
The earliest writing that were found, are dated to 3300 BCE : they are some clay tablets with cuneiform writing. The subject were about business exchange ... I guess that administrative documents should already be numerous ...
I am very surprised because the old language had a sophisticated grammar
Enough sophisticated to write the famous story of Gilgamesh, a legend that had influenced a lot of civilization.
